When Paddle handles your payment, Paddle is the official seller of record and manages all payment processing, tax and VAT calculations, and billing operations. The Lifetime Access license allows unlimited use of the product with no expiration, restrictions, or additional fees. This license permits use on unlimited domains with a one-time payment, includes no renewal charges, provides unlimited lifetime updates, includes lifetime support, and comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The regular price is $250, but it is available for $99 as a one-time payment.

While the GPL allows code distribution, you may not redistribute our products as your own branded products, resell our themes or plugins through marketplaces, share license keys with others or use them on more domains than permitted by your license type, remove our branding or copyright notices, access our download servers or support services without a valid license, or claim affiliation with iKreate Themes without permission. Violating these restrictions may result in license termination and potential legal action.

For the Business Subscription, when the license expires after one year, the theme or plugin will continue to function on your website; however, you will no longer receive updates, security patches, or support services. You may renew the license at any time to restore these benefits. The Lifetime Access license never expires and provides continuous updates and support.

Update and Compatibility

We are committed to keeping our themes and plugins updated to work with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes follow WordPress requirements. One-click updates are available to license holders with active subscriptions. Updates include WordPress compatibility, security patches, bug fixes, new features, and performance improvements.

We test our themes with the latest stable WordPress version, popular plugins, and major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated WordPress versions, poorly coded plugins, heavily modified server configurations, or custom setups that don’t meet WordPress requirements.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
