Support Hours
We answer most of your questions within a few hours and by the next business day at the latest. Support is limited on weekends and holidays. Our support hours are 00:15 AM – 7:15 AM EST (Nepal Time: UTC +5:45).
What Our Support Covers
We provide support only for themes developed by us. We’re happy to help you install the theme and make it work as promised.
Our themes are thoroughly tested, but if you find any bugs, please report them—we’ll fix them quickly and include the fix in future updates. We want our themes to work for you, and if your issue isn’t directly theme-related, we’ll still do our best to guide you in the right direction.
What Our Support Doesn’t Cover?
We do not provide support for third-party themes, scripts, or plugins. If you have issues with those, please contact the product author directly.
